The concept is simple, Prélude is a café with a warm which offers cuisine maison and season. Every day, you are offered different dishes concocted by the chef.
What can we find at Prélude?
You don't know where breakfast early morning or midday? Or maybe you just want a simple coffee on the terrace with a cakes home made ?
Prélude offers specialty coffees, pastries and homemade dishes made with fresh, quality products. The named dishes “buddha bowl” please everyone thanks to a cuisine Vegetarian, or dishes containing fish or even the meat.

The restaurant is welcoming whether from the inside or the outside, the staff is smiling and knows how to perfectly describe and recommend the dishes and cakes on offer.
We had the chance to taste “ meat bowl » composed of chopped kofta style beef, hummus and bean salad, roasted vegetables with spices and basmati rice. We also tasted a carrot cake garnished with edible flowers and a cinnamon roll.
The originality of the dishes appealed to the Rouen Bouge team; there are several ways to enjoy your dish, whether or not you mix the ingredients offered in your “bowl”. The dishes are not very fatty but very hearty. As for cakes, carrot cake has a pleasant taste in the mouth and is original with these edible flowers; the cinnamon roll tastes the same.
