The 21 February 2024, a new gym like no other will open its doors in Rouen: LAB. Located at 20 rue de l'Ancienne-Prison, this “premium” studio promises a unique experience for Rouen sportspeople.
Morgan and Jane, the two enthusiasts behind LAB, wanted to create a friendly and warm place where support and individualized monitoring are at the heart of the practice.
Personalized sessions in small groups
No more impersonal gyms! At LAB, sessions take place in groups of 10 people maximum and are supervised by one or more qualified and experienced coaches.
The objective: to propose a personalized training adapted to the needs of each individual.
Two distinct spaces for an immersive experience
LAB offers two spaces dedicated to sports practice:
- A “bootcamp” space equipped with benches for crossfit-type exercises, but also mats for recovery exercises inspired by Pilates and yoga.
- A “cycling” space with 18 bikes where participants can work on their cardio in an immersive and motivating atmosphere.
A framework designed for the well-being of athletes
LAB does everything possible to ensure that its members feel comfortable and can concentrate fully on their session.
Cell phones prohibited, towels and shower gel provided, counter with smoothies and healthy snacks, massage room… Everything is designed for the comfort and well-being of athletes.

LAB offers several subscription plans to meet everyone's needs:
- Unlimited subscription: 89 € / month
- Cards 1, 5 and 10 sessions: 16€, 75€ and 140€
- Student rates: available on demand
