A strategic location for exploring the city on foot: a stone's throw from the cathedral, rue du Gros Horloge, and Old Rouen. In the heart of shops without having the nuisance. An absolute calm that only the bells interrupt. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, including for luggage. The staff is impeccable. Exceptional value for money.
This is our 2nd experience in this hotel. This reservation is made in my partner's name and not mine. The room is good, neat and clean. Spacious bed. I just regret that the bedding is not new from the Mercure group and marketed on the site. But we slept pretty well (there is an added mattress topper). Regarding the welcome, it is always very pleasant. The location of the hotel is just great. The hotel has private parking at an additional cost but you can also park in the city hall parking lot next door (5 minutes on foot with a suitcase) The breakfast is just EXCELLENT! Well done ! A wide choice, sweet, salty, gluten-free and so on. I recommend it to all travelers. See you soon
We stayed one night at the Mercure Rouen Cathedral and had a great time. Pleasant and spacious room, perfect location for exploring the city, a perfect breakfast! One thing is certain, we will return with great pleasure
I stayed at the hotel the night of Sunday March 31 to Monday April 1, the room was very pretty and pleasant. The bedding was very good. The breakfast was impeccable, very complete and varied. Very welcoming staff. I 100% recommend this hotel.
