Excellent establishment! This hotel was a great discovery, the welcome was perfect and the staff explained to us in detail all the information we could have. A big thank you to them for their excellent welcome and their professionalism! The rooms are very comfortable, modern, silent and have all the necessary equipment. The breakfast is excellent and there is quite a choice. For businesses, a magnificent seminar room is available. I recommend this establishment for your stay in Rouen!

Good discovery. We enjoyed our stay at this establishment. The rooms are spacious, personal and pleasantly welcoming. Staff at Breakfast on the other hand very average. The food was cold by 8:30. I made a request to reheat the dishes, the person had made morning pudding. For the customer, it's not very pleasant.

Rouen (FRANCE) 🇫🇷 We stayed one night at the “Radisson Blu” hotel. It is ideally located, right in the city center, which allows access to the various tourist places on foot. The rooms are good and spacious. However, although we had opted for a large room of 44m2 (for 3 people), we were disappointed by its layout: an entire space remained blocked and unusable as soon as we opened the sofa bed. The shower is small and not very practical. Additionally, upon arrival the room was not equipped for 3 guests and we had to request items from reception several times. Otherwise, the staff is attentive and very pleasant. The breakfast is royal, which justifies its price.

Very nice hotel in Rouen, the welcome was perfect, the building very beautiful and we had a room with a view of the dungeon. The very complete breakfast was also very good. Small downside on the room which could do with a little more comfort (not great pillows and no water in the coffee maker upon arrival). It was a very nice stay, however be careful if you have a slightly large vehicle, the underground parking and especially the access to the second level is very tight and the spaces are really not wide enough. We will come back without any problem if we are passing through Rouen!

I had the chance to stay in this hotel for over a year during a mission for a large company in the Rouen region and I had an excellent (long!) time! The setting, service and quality of the restaurant are exceptional! I highly recommend! I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff and the hotel. I won't name anyone for fear of forgetting someone but I'm thinking of everyone, from the reception, the bar, the restaurant (morning and evening!), the restaurant kitchens to the staff who take care of the cleaning and of hotel maintenance. Congratulations for your great work and your super friendly service! We feel a little less far from home thanks to you!!
