Hôtel bien situé en plein centre ville, avec un parking à côté. Possibilité de manger sur place. La chambre est plutôt bien agencée, dommage pour la vue sur les logements en face. La literie est bonne, dommage que les rideaux ne soient pas totalement occultant. Rue bruyante le matin dès 6h. Hôtel difficile à trouver et parking en sous terrain où il est difficile de se garer attention beaucoup de manœuvre obligatoire. Le hall est spacieux les membres du personnel sont accueillants. Le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur d'un Mercure. La demande de "caution bloquée a l'arrivée" pour garantir le paiement jamais vu dans un autre Mercure, première fois. Je dirais que c'est un bon hôtel pour un weekend mais pour un long séjour.
Well located in the heart of the historic center of Rouen, a stone's throw from the cathedral and a 10-minute walk from the banks of the Seine. Very warm welcome, copious and varied breakfast buffet... The city hall car park where there is always space for a very reasonable price is only 15 minutes away on foot... I recommend.
An ideal location, small downside for finding parking. The information communicated by the hotel is not very clear. Room conforms to the description, small drawback for the soundproofing of the toilets and a non-private terrace. Correct welcome, but we noted a lack of empathy, which is a shame.
A strategic location for exploring the city on foot: a stone's throw from the cathedral, rue du Gros Horloge, and Old Rouen. In the heart of shops without having the nuisance. An absolute calm that only the bells interrupt. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, including for luggage. The staff is impeccable. Exceptional value for money.
We stayed one night at the Mercure Rouen Cathedral and had a great time. Pleasant and spacious room, perfect location for exploring the city, a perfect breakfast! One thing is certain, we will return with great pleasure
