Chambre petite pour 3 et sans aucun confort mais prix peu élevé.
Accueil de nuit excellent : un monsieur disponible, qui malgré l'heure, 4h du matin, a su répondre avec gentillesse et patience à nos différentes demandes.
One night on the road to vacation for 3. The room is pleasant and comfortable. Very nice decoration of the hall. Special mention for the breakfast which is EXCELLENT (homemade products, diversity) For a hotel of this category and for this price I highly recommend.
The welcome is courteous, room 272 was comfortable with good bedding, a flat screen and efficient Wi-Fi. On the other hand, the insulation is poor; adjoining room I heard the occupants' conversations and, above, I clearly perceived a person relieving themselves in the toilet. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and provided with both sweet and savory options. However, we can regret the absence of scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. The basic available is hard, soft or soft-boiled. Do not rely on the duration indicated because the heating bath is never at a boil. I wanted a hard-boiled egg, in the end it was between soft-boiled and soft-boiled. To conclude, the hotel is far from the city center; Choose public transport or a taxi to get there because parking spaces are rare.
We were satisfied across the board: a very welcoming recent hotel, with relaxation areas, snack bar, covered parking, breakfast offering a very large choice of quality products, allowing everyone to have lunch to their liking (savory, sweet, hot). or cold, with the mention "very good" for orange juice pressed on demand, Neufchâtel cheese, Pont l'Evêque). Good bedding in the room, the layout of which has been well thought out. Great cleanliness, no noise. All with excellent value for money. But we would particularly like to highlight the friendliness and availability of the staff with whom we dealt during our 3 nights. In summary, no hesitation in choosing a hotel when we return to Rouen!
