Christmas market :

Since 2008, the Christmas market has enlivened the city center of Rouen every year. Located at the foot of Rouen Cathedral, it stands out with its white chalets where you can discover traditional Christmas products, local designers, decorations...

When to find him?

The festivities will open on November 25, 2021 at 11 a.m.! They will stop on January 2, 2022.

  • Monday from 14 a.m. to 20 p.m.
  • Tuesday to Friday from 11 p.m. to 20 p.m.
  • Saturday from 10 a.m. to 21 p.m.
  • Sunday from 10 p.m. to 20 p.m.
  • The Christmas market will be closed on December 25

You will have access to two nights where the Christmas market is open until 23 p.m., Saturdays December 4 and 11, and Fridays December 10 and 17 where the market is open until 21 p.m.

What to do at the Christmas market?

Come and discover local specialties, with the unmissable return of mulled wine accompanied by gingerbread.

The Christmas market also offers themed days with local Indian, Korean and Portuguese cuisines. Different concerts will brighten up the place, as well as the presence of Santa Claus for young and old alike. You can find below the calendar of the different events and activities offered by Rouen givrée. For the occasion, the Rouen ice rink opens its doors on December 21 and 28 from 20 p.m. to 23 p.m. to organize two nightly evenings at the initiative of Rouen frosted at the ice rink.
