On May 12, 2023, the carnivores of Rouen will have something to enjoy with the opening of a new restaurant: Rodizio Brazil. This brand specializing in unlimited Brazilian meats will move into the new building 105, located on the left bank quays.
This unique concept, described as “a meat temple”, offers an unlimited variety of beef, lamb and veal. Guests can also enjoy a buffet of hot dishes and Brazilian starters. The colorful and tropical atmosphere as well as the spectacle of the waiters cutting the meats directly onto your plate promise a unique experience for meat lovers.
Although meats are the star of the show at Rodizio Brazil, vegetarians are not forgotten. A menu with a vegetarian option is available, leaving the possibility of ordering skewers of grilled vegetables and plant-based meat. Inside, the restaurant will be able to accommodate more than fifty people, and outside, a terrace of around 100m² will be available. The price of the classic evening menu, which includes 10 varieties of meat at will and access to the buffet, is 36,90 euros. Drinks and cocktails with Brazilian flavors will also be available à la carte.
At the initiative of this new franchise in Rouen, we find two childhood friends from the Rouen area, Sami Saadi and Mohamed Zengin. For them, the location of this new restaurant, close to the new Flaubert district, is an asset. The restaurant with a capacity of 84 seats will consist of a main room of 215m² and a terrace of 130m², thus offering a friendly and family experience.
Staff recruitment is currently underway, with around 11 people set to be selected to join the team. The restaurant will be open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 30:14 a.m. to 30:18 p.m. and from 30:12 p.m. to midnight.
