Well known to fans of Top Chef, it is in Rouen that Paul Arthur Berlan will very soon open a restaurant in the heart of the city.

Arriving as a semi-finalist during season 2 of the famous cooking show, this native of Carcassonne moved to Rouen, to follow his partner, who was originally from Seine-Maritime.

An unmissable restaurant!

It is on the legendary Place de la Pucelle, a place as charming as it is lively, that our gourmets will be able to discover or rediscover its cuisine off-screen this time,

The restaurant named after him will open its doors on January 16 and will take over the former restaurant next to the Hôtel de Bourgtheroulde, Le Garde Manger.

There are around sixty seats inside and for sunny days, the restaurant has a terrace that can accommodate around twenty people.

A cuisine that will delight even the most gourmands

The ideal place to spend a warm moment with cuisine that is both inventive, but above all recreational. Because for Paul Arthur, cooking is like rugby: a united team, a test to transform and a lot of passion.

One thing is certain, this restaurant has not finished making people talk about it!

See you on January 16, 2023 to taste a cuisine combining love and know-how!
