A slow and meticulous process but necessary to make a quality product which requires rigor and patience. The result ? Impeccable crispness and suppleness! And not to mention their 100% Italian tomato sauce and their Mozzarela Fior di Latte (milk flower). But the masterpiece doesn't stop there, and for the rest, Lolo & Zaza will need you.
