Pizzaiolo is truly an artisan's profession. And at Lolo & Zaza, nothing is done at random. After having perfected themselves for 20 years in the development of tasty, quality bread, it is in the service of pizza that our experts have put their mastery. With an exclusive recipe, using only a minimum of yeast, the proofing of the dough will take no less than 96 hours. A slow and meticulous process but necessary to make a quality product which requires rigor and patience. The result ? Impeccable crispness and suppleness! And without telling you about their 100% Italian tomato sauce and their Mozzarela Fior di Latte (milk flower)… Everything to make your taste buds tingle. But the masterpiece does not stop there, and for the rest, Lolo & Zaza will need you.
