Rouen Normandy Sites and Monuments invite all amateur musicians to participate in an open stage in the courtyard of the Historial Jeanne d'Arc on the occasion of the 2023 music festival. A call for applications is underway until 25 May in order to select the artists who will have the chance to perform on stage.
On Wednesday June 21, 2023, from 18 p.m. to 21 p.m., the courtyard of the Officiality of the Historial Jeanne d'Arc will be transformed into a real space of creativity for the music festival. For the first time, amateur musicians will have the opportunity to share their passion in this exceptional setting.
Whether you are a music school student, a long-time enthusiast or a talented beginner, the Historial Jeanne d'Arc wants to offer everyone the opportunity to present their artistic project in front of an audience. This is the opportunity to take over the stage and make your talent resonate in the heart of this emblematic monument of Rouen.
The call for applications is open to all non-professional musicians, whatever their musical style. Applications must be completed before Thursday May 25, 2023, and only six of them will be selected. The variety of musical genres proposed, the originality of the application as well as the technical specificities linked to the performance will be taken into account during the selection.
