It’s the return of Japanese pop culture to Normandy.
The Chibi Rouen returns to the Rouen Exhibition Center at the end of the month, on October 29 and 30. So for fans of Japan, I advise you to book your last weekend of the month.
What to expect :
Cosplays and parades of all kinds. You will see impressive and sometimes even crazy disguises, manga, anime, superheroes, the most famous characters gathered in the same place.
And of course, throughout the event, drawing workshops, traditional activities, board game sessions, exhibitions and stands will be there, you might be able to find that rare gem!
Not forgetting the music scene this weekend with k-pop concerts and dance shows.

The program :
There will be several different scenes during this weekend.
The Odoru stage is the main stage of the festival, it is here that the concerts, cosplay competitions and big conferences with our distinguished guests take place. It is located in hall 4.
The Dento stage is a stage dedicated to associations and traditional and cultural activities, it is located in hall 5.
The Tanoshi stage is the stage dedicated to video games, it is located in the glass roof at the back of hall 2.
These three stages will offer several programs on Saturday and Sunday.
