The prestigious 2023 Michelin Guide ceremony took place on March 6 at the Palais des Congrès in Strasbourg, and Olivier Da Silva, owner of the restaurant L'Odas, was present.
Accompanied by his wife, Suzanne Waymel, executive chef of the restaurant, and David Gallienne, owner of Jardin des Plumes in Giverny, which also holds a Michelin star, Olivier impatiently awaited the announcement of the new stars.
