What new things are they going to offer?

The restaurant and bar move upmarket with mature wines and inventive cuisine with lots of local produce. They will cook a lot of vegetables and fish, but very little meat, vegetarians are welcome! A new card will be put in place every week with 2 different formulas (one at 18.50 and the other at €22). In each formula, there will be 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts. In the evening, they offer a new formula with plates to share, it's like “gastronomic tapas”.

The walls of the restaurant are used to temporarily display paintings, this allows you to often change the decoration of the restaurant and introduce new artists to customers.

Why did you keep the same name?

The owners decided to keep the same name to preserve the history of the place: the real change is in the plate. A few years ago, the owners went to eat there every lunchtime, they like the name and they think it fits. They already have a bar “La Cave de Bacchus” on rue Armand-Carrel and formerly a wine bar, which gives them the confidence to take over this restaurant. The owners wanted to keep the cozy atmosphere which is the hallmark of the restaurant.
