The Rouen Bouge experience
La Plancha offered us two homemade burgers, one with grilled bacon, beef and camembert and the other with raclette and chorizo accompanied by homemade fries. Made using olive oils instead of butter, our dishes were low in fat while remaining hearty. The burgers were of high quality thanks to the products used and therefore good in the mouth thanks to the multiple flavors.
