The magical parade, is a strolling show in the streets of Rouen. It is made up of local musical troupes with a mixture of bagpipes, percussion and enormous articulated puppets, illuminated and accompanied by dancers, musicians and stilt walkers. It will take place on Sunday December 5, 2021.
What is the program ?
The Fairy Parade will transport you into a whirlwind of lights! This parade is ideal for a warm atmosphere and a return to childhood. In sumptuous costumes, the joyful and lively artists will share a magical moment with you. The Remue-ménage Company has planned a wandering show, in which strange creatures from the abyss will encounter an enormous polar bear. Together they created a fantastic and magical parade, from the Place Saint-Sever to the'city Hall. This major exhibition is organized by the Office of Commerce and Artisans of Rouen and the City of Rouen, with the support of the Metropolis.
The route will begin at 16:30 p.m. Place Saint-Sever on Sunday, December 5, passing through rue Saint-Sever, Pont Boieldieu, rue du Général-Leclerc, rue de la République, place du Général de Gaulle and it will end its circuit at the city Hall.

From November 25, 2021 to January 2, 2022, Rouen is in Party. Between lighting and magical decor, many events will become the highlights of these end-of-year celebrations.
Made up of its 42 white chalets, Christmas market will be located at Place de la Cathédrale for one month. The Garden of Contemplations located at the foot of the Cathedral is a convivial space allowing the tasting of Christmas specialties. This place will host concerts, special evenings and a Christmas sweater competition on its stage. Le Frosty Shelter, an exhibition of animated automatons is a small Christmas village which will welcome you from December 4. In this unique place your children will be able to participate in creative workshops and attend stories and shows.
