This restaurant located in our Rouen for more than 15 years, has just been taken over by Clément and his team. At 28, a former property manager, he decided to adopt The Marmot, to benefit from better contact with people.
The specialty of the house
The specialty of the house is its selection of cheese, only good products from small producers in Savoie. Also, their Savoyard fondue is made up of a mixture of Tomme grise, Comté, Emmental, Besac, and Reblochon accompanied by delicious bread from the Vilain bakery. And with 600g of cheese for two you have enough to stock up until next winter.
But that's not all, your Marmotte Favorite also offers Burgundy fondues (in oil) on the menu with fresh fries, homemade sauce and meat made directly in the kitchen. To accompany your dishes, ask for The Marmot what she hides in her large cellar, you might just be surprised.
In terms of decoration, you will have the chance to dine lit by soft lanterns and appreciate some original retro posters to immerse yourself in a mountain atmosphere.
