The second edition of the river festival in Rouen!
the 1er On July 3, the festival long awaited by the people of Rouen will take place: The River Festival. This party will mark the start of the summer vacation! The aim of this festival is to celebrate the Seine and promote the ecological transition through a popular festival! To do this, come and discover all the activities offered to you for adults and children alike, there will be something for everyone. All activities will be free and accessible in the center of Rouen, on the Boieldieu bridge as well as on the Rouen marina.

Friday 1er July between 20:30 p.m. and 21:15 p.m., Nathan Paulin, French tightrope walker will attempt to cross by connecting the Notre-Dame de Rouen cathedral and the Rouen archives tower! A 640 meter course on a wire at a height of 90m. This record holder will attempt this feat by connecting the right bank and the left bank by passing above the Seine and above the orchestra of the Rouen Opera which will be present on the Boieldieu bridge! What could be better than watching this event with music!
For Nathan Paulin, this new challenge does not scare him, after having beaten the world record at Mont-Saint-Michel, a crossing of 2 meters on a wire that he achieved last May!
The implementation of this performance will take place the same morning between 4 a.m. and 7 a.m., an exceptional arrangement that is worth a look for those who are early risers and those who are most motivated!

Throughout the weekend, come and discover concerts and dances with the following program:
• Emily Loizeau Friday July 1, Prairie Saint-Sever at 22 p.m.
• Live salsa ball by J Sugar Y Orchestra Saturday July 2 from 20 p.m.
• Dj set Toukadine Saturday July 2 from 22:30 p.m. to 00:30 a.m.
• Giant Zumba Sunday July 3 at 11 a.m.
• Swing ball Sunday July 3 from 15 p.m. to 18 p.m.
Throughout the River Festival weekend, merchants and artisans will unpack their belongings in the form of a clearance sale in order to benefit as many people as possible! You will also find a designer market on the Boieldieu bridge, where you will find artisanal products, wooden objects, and organic cosmetics!
Come have a good time with family or friends at a giant picnic! XXL tables will be at your disposal to spend a pleasant time on the Boieldieu bridge which will be pedestrianized for the occasion! This picnic’s mission is to generate no waste. For this you are expected with your own containers, so bring dishes, glasses and cutlery and enjoy your meal! Four Food trucks will be present on the bridge so you can have a picnic at any time of the day!
