The first food hall in Rouen will soon open, and it promises to be explosive! The Guéret family, already at the head of numerous establishments in the city, carried out this ambitious project which was to see the light of day at the end of 2022. Unfortunately, the work took longer than expected, but the appointment is now set for April or May 2023. Located on the quays of Rouen right bank, in hangar E, the Food Hall Warehouse will take place in a space of 1800 m² and will be able to accommodate up to 400 people.
The concept of the food hall is to bring together several types of catering in one place, and L'Entrepôt Food hall will be no exception. Ten permanent restaurateurs are planned, with two bars and pop-up stands. Pierre Guéret, in charge of the project, has not yet revealed the types of cuisine offered, but promises us to travel through our plates! The place, which will also include mobile shops and workshops, will be laid out on two levels. Inside, there will be three mezzanines, with a total capacity of 400 seats, and a sunny terrace with a capacity of 200 seats. The idea is to allow customers to come and relax, enjoy music or work while enjoying good things.
