Good bedding in the room, the layout of which has been well thought out. Great cleanliness, no noise. All with excellent value for money. But we would particularly like to highlight the friendliness and availability of the staff with whom we dealt during our 3 nights. In summary, no hesitation in choosing a hotel when we return to Rouen!
Very satisfied. Good value for money hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff. Pleasant and warm relaxation areas. Very clean room and bathroom. Perfectly soundproofed places. Very quiet place. Secure but paid parking. No restaurant in the hotel but a snack bar available. Breakfast offered in a friendly space. Overall, I am not disappointed with my choice and I recommend it. I went back in February and still just as satisfied. I recommend !
Top hotel overall Too bad the maintenance staff knock on the door at 8:50 a.m. while the “do not disturb” sign is in place. It's a shame that the message left at reception the day before warning of a late departure was not transmitted. It's a bit of the basis
