Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 November 2022, a Fish truck arrives at Biltoki halls of Rouen. The France Pavilion will offer free scallop tastings in front of the Biltoki halls.
After having delighted many gourmets in Lyon, Toulon, Bordeaux and Issy-les-Moulineaux (Paris) since the fishing season reopened on the Normandy coasts on October 3, the last stopover for the Fish Truck in Normandy. It is in Rouen, on November 26 & 27, that the Normandy fishing industry will meet fans of real Pecten maximus.

Equipped with a kitchen area and a stall stocked with the magnificent bivalve, this educational truck will offer visitors the opportunity to (re)discover and taste the Normandy Scallop for free. Good news, the Bay of Seine deposit, known for its extreme abundance thanks to exemplary management, has just opened, with results like never before observed... Quality and quantity will be there at the Halles AGRIVIN BILTOKI !
