A new colorful and dynamic fresco has just been unveiled on the urban expression wall of the Palais space in Rouen, created by the artist Chloé Kelly Miller.

On Thursday April 27, 2023, Chloé Kelly Miller, painter, completed the fresco that she painted on the urban expression wall made available by the Palais space in Rouen (Seine-Maritime). The joyful and figurative characters she drew replaced the work of Camille Boulard, the first artist to inaugurate this wall.
