Rouen Bouge visited the Yvonne house for you. Open since 2010, this bakery, pastry, pastries and ready-to-eat “creative tradition” now has 4 stores in Rouen.
The concept Yvonne
Maison Yvonne is a place where flavors and delicacies rub shoulders with tradition, design and elegance.
For the record, “Yvonne” is inspired by the first name of the grandmother of the founder of the Yvonne house, “the house in fact brings together the two worlds dear to Yvonne: fashion and gastronomy in a bakery/pastry concept /nomadic cuisine”.
What can we find at the Yvonne house?
Yvonne offers a multitude of products, which are renewed as often as possible!
For the bread :
Among the house's flagship breads, you can find the pistachio-cranberry-hazelnut baguette, or the Yvonne baguette made in accordance with French tradition. Furthermore, like all products offered by the house, all the products are homemade!
For the pastries:
Among a wide choice of pastries, Yvonne offers some specialties such as the Isigny butter croissant, the raspberry croissant, the raisin bread or her nutella, salted butter caramel or pistachio-raspberry roulettes.
One of Yvonne's great specialties is also crispy cabbages, so you can find a multitude of different flavors thanks to new offerings throughout the year of different cabbage tastes!
For lunches:
It is possible to have a tasty breakfast on site or to take away thanks to a special breakfast menu.
For lunch, many menus and dishes are available,

The Rouen Bouge experience
Maison Yvonne offered us the opportunity to taste many pastries such as crispy choux pastry, roulettes and croissants with different original flavors. We also had the opportunity to taste the “New York” burger, available for lunch.
The pastries are quality and delicious, they are homemade every day in order to offer customers fresh products.
