The idea of Ma Boulangerie by Christophe Cressent was born from a desire: to only sell what we make.
And all this from a rigorously carried out selection of raw materials: organic flours and
French tradition, natural sourdough, grand cru and original chocolates, free-range eggs…
Although he obtained his MOF title in baking, the profession that his grandfather and his
great-grandfather, Christophe Cressent refused to leave aside pastry, which this time was the
his father's profession. Breads, pastries and pastries will be offered at Halles Agrivin.

Au Poulet Normand is the high-end rotisserie in Rouen initially located on the Old Market Square.
Created by Jonathan TRANCHARD and Olivier TOUSSAINT. The chickens are raised in Normandy in Ambrumesnil
(Dieppe) at the Longue Haie farm. This family farm, established for 3 generations, cultivates its own
