A week agoSecond visit to Cancan, and newfound pleasure. The dishes are elegant and sophisticated. The cooking is perfect. Very pleasant atmosphere and contemporary decoration, makes you want to take your time. Efficient, smiling service. Small downside, the starters were not very hot but perhaps that was a bias. A safe bet for a good evening.

a month agoWe went there at lunch time. Good wine list. The meals were hearty and full of flavors. Don't expect steak and fries. I would note that the restaurant is halfway between a brasserie and a gourmet restaurant both on the menu and on the prices. Pleasant and smiling staff. Decoration done with taste.

a month agoA first for me in this restaurant. I would like to emphasize the quality of the welcome which is warm. The setting is calm and romantic. I enjoyed my starter based on snails and my main course (sea bass fillet). If I have to make a criticism, I was a little disappointed by the accompaniment to my dish (simple purees). It was the same for my other guests. Special mention to the “chocolate crater” dessert both for the spectacle and for the taste quality. This dessert is crazy! To summarize, Cancan is a beautiful Rouen restaurant.
