Again restaurants and concepts open this week at Rouen to the delight of gourmands.
Make way for gourmet, homemade crepes
We find the restaurant the pampas which opens from Friday : place for pancakes very greedy prepared with toppings of your choice and very good quality. All is done maison, whipped cream dough, whether sweet or savory, we have tasted it and it is a real delight! Moreover, the restaurant offers 1000 free sweet pancakes to the first arrivals on the day of Wednesday (from 13 h) and 200 savory pancakes on Thursday.
New Japanese specialties
After the opening of Café Love, the owner continues to take us on a journey with the opening of Fuzao, a restaurant that will serve Japanese specialties homemade. Make way for meat and fish tartars as well as Japanese cheesecakes… The restaurant will open on March 16, 2023, for lunch and dinner service, and to take away.
An Osteria opens in Rouen
The Acqua et flour family is expanding to open a Osteria, it will be specialized in wines and pasta with on-site and take-out catering, but also a grocery store section.
The Osteria is a public establishment in Italy where wine is mainly served and, in some cases, food or snacks.
A night bar and a new menu
If you know Antico Caffe, Place Barthélémy, this bar will now be transformed into a night bar which will remain open until 1:30 a.m., with a new menu specializing in cocktails and spirits.
