Totoche Éphémère, a French brand created in 2020, should open a store in Rouen in 2023. This brand only sells products resulting from returns from customers purchased on the internet. If the concept is appreciated, Totoche could expand its network of stores in France. The Totoche concept is innovative: the store temporarily occupies an empty space for a maximum of one year and offers second-hand products at reduced prices ranging from 20 to 80%: decoration, tableware, household appliances, hygiene products, drinks and hifi equipment.
Primark will open at the Saint-Sever center in Rouen in 2023: it's confirmed!
The Irish giant of low-cost ready-to-wear, Primark, will soon open a two-story store of nearly 5 m² in Saint-Sever center in Rouen, in a disused theater which was closed to the public in 2001. This opening will be the second in Normandy for Primark, after a first successful establishment at the Docks Vauban in Le Havre in 2018. When it opened, this store attracted a large number of customers, with more than 30 curious people.

Maison Guéret, a family group specializing in the hotel and catering industry in Rouen since 1880, plans to open the first food hall in the Normandy capital by the end of 2022 or early 2023. Named The Warehouse Food hall, it will be located next to the Bacetto restaurant in Hangar E, on the Boisguilbert quay, right bank. Hangar E, with a surface area of 1800 m², will accommodate up to 400 people on two levels.
