What swimming lessons at Swim Stars Rouen?
From baby swimming courses from 6 months to learning courses from 5 years old, including anti-drowning AUTO-RESCUE® from 3 years old or the Perf child, Swim Stars has developed swimming lesson programs for children suitable for all ages and levels.
- AUTO-RESCUE® from 3 years old : an anti-drowning program whose objective is to teach children the right reflexes in the event of falling into water, as well as the basics of swimming while having fun.
- LEARNING from 5 years old : a fun and playful program to teach children to swim so that they become independent as quickly as possible.
Swim Stars has developed adult swimming lessons suitable for all levels. Whether you are aquaphobic, beginner or you want to improve your skills, we have the course for you!
- ADULT AQUAPHOBE from 16 years old : This comprehensive learning program is a 12-step approach designed to give you the skills and techniques to learn to fully enjoy the pleasures of the water.
- ADULT BEGINNER from 16 years old : the course is suitable for complete beginners who wish to learn all the basics of swimming. It adapts to each person's level thanks to a step-by-step progression.
How do Swim Stars classes take place?
The coaches are in the water with students and supervise very small groups.
Classes last 30 minutes for children with a debriefing at the end of the session and 45 minutes for adults.
