    La Table de Flore is an inspiring restaurant: 100% organic, homemade cuisine that adapts to the guests. A house which takes into consideration its impact on the environment and which many could take as an example to offer gourmet, tasty cuisine adapted to the climate challenges of today and tomorrow. Delighted with the vegan menu; delicious, full of taste and textures. So many adorable little details in this kitchen; homemade syrups, solar oven bread, infusions made by the chef too 🌿❤️

    When I leave a restaurant I sometimes have a feeling of regret, because I ate too much, because I think I ate too much meat or because I know that the products I just ate do not respect my convictions in matters of ecology and economics (fair remuneration of the producer, support of local producers, etc.). But last night when leaving the restaurant I was doubly proud, on the one hand because I was able to enjoy an entirely vegan menu from starter to dessert (don't worry if you are not sensitive to this, secondly flexitarian choice is available à la carte) with quantities more than sufficient to satisfy me, and products that respect my convictions in all respects. On the other hand, because I invited friends there who were in turn seduced by the restaurant. If you are sensitive to these subjects and/or if you simply like to eat well, go for it (not too quickly, the restaurant is slow food). Thank you for the time spent ♥️.

    The products are fresh and cooked "last minute": so don't expect an enriched menu with 50 choices. 2 choices each time in the starter, main course, dessert: with or without animal products. The products are mainly organic. The meals are very good and well presented. We even have the right to a surprise which is not announced: an appetizer. We see the chef, which is nice to chat and see who is preparing the delicious meal for us. Intolerances are taken into account. Finally, I had a homemade apple bergamot water syrup, to die for. Without hesitation, I will come back!

    While passing through Rouen, we stopped at Flore's table where we were received by the chef who is passionate about her culinary vision, offering healthy, local, organic cuisine, with a calculation of the carbon footprint. We had a great time and enjoyed everything from starter to dessert.
