2 weeks agoFollowing my visit to the region I went to this store for the second time (Rouen), being passionate about knitting, I had already had a bad impression of the saleswoman and unfortunately this was confirmed again. Force to buy, stay close to us when we are choosing. No smile, no sympathy, I hesitated to bring back my purchase because I was so disappointed with the welcome. Unfortunately, reading the comments I realize that I am not the only one to have had this feeling. Madam, change jobs if this one doesn’t suit you!

2 months agoVery good store. Pleasant welcome. Salespeople who give us time to think without pushing us to buy. And especially when you need advice, they are completely available. The return of the excess balls is going very well. The store is impeccable. I highly recommend it

a month agoI am extremely disappointed by the store and the saleswoman they sell us wool not the same bath, in addition no stock, we are told that the store is called Phildar but that we are not affiliated with Phildar. The saleswoman tells me I'm going to look in the reserve, comes back barely a second later and tells me with a smile on her face, I don't have any. What a waste of time to travel for nothing.
