Traffic and access arrangements during the Armada

Traffic in Rouen (Seine-Maritime) will be partly modified along the Armada, from June 8 to 18, 2023.

The different traffic arrangements

  • Closure of traffic under the Flaubert bridge towards the quays from Monday June 5 at 16 p.m.
  • From June 6 at 9:30 a.m. until June 20 at 16:30 p.m.:
    • Widening of the sidewalk and removal of a traffic lane in the direction of the right bank towards the left bank at the William the Conqueror Bridge.
    • Reduction of traffic on Avenue du Mont Riboudet.
    • Putting the double meaning of the rue de Lillebonne.
    • Dormoy Street towards the quays becomes a dead end.
    • Deleting a lane in the direction from the Flaubert bridge toward William the Conqueror Bridge on rue Nansen/Quai Lesseps.
  • From June 9 to 17 in the evening:
    • Removal of a traffic lane in the direction of the right bank towards the left bank at the William the Conqueror Bridge.
    • Deleting a lane in the direction from the Flaubert bridge toward William the Conqueror Bridge on the Lesseps quay.
    • Closing of the Nansen Street between the exit of the A150 et Ango Street.
    • Closing of the Rue Nétien.
    • Closing of the Rue Dormoy (except on the section between rue Lillebonne and Av. du Mont Riboudet in the direction of the Avenue).
    • One-way transfer of the rue Lillebonne.
    • Closing the exit ramp du Pont Flaubert in the direction Left Bank towards Right Bank.
    • Closure of the coast of Canteleu for fireworks from 22 p.m. to midnight from June 00.
    • Adjustable velcro closure from the Flaubert bridge on the night of June 7 to 8 from 20:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. for the arrival of the boats, and on June 18 from 7 a.m. for departure.
  • On June 18, from 8 a.m., the main axes impacted in the western sector for the big parade:
    • D51 – Quai Gustave Flaubert
    • D51 – Denmark Quay
    • D51 – Quai des Roches
    • D51 – Av. de Quenneport
    • D51 – Quai Napoleon
    • D51 – Rue Saint-Antonin
    • D51 – Sequence
    • D51 – Av. de Tremauville
    • D51E (closed from 6 a.m. to 18 p.m.)
    • D67 – Chaussée de la Bouille and Bac de la Bouille (closed from 6 a.m. to 18 p.m.)
    • D64 – Quai de Caumont and D93 Quai de Seine (closed from 6 a.m. to 18 p.m.)
    • D982 – Av. du Président Coty and D64 – Impasse de Trémauville (closed Closed from 6 a.m. to 18 p.m.)
    • D65 – Route/Chemin du Halage (one-way traffic towards Mesnil-sous-Jumièges from 5 a.m. to 20 p.m.)
    • D143 – Rue A. Callais and Bac de Jumiège (Closed from 8:30 a.m. to 23:30 p.m.)
    • D20 and Bac de Yainville (Closed from 5 a.m. to 20 p.m.)
