Burger lovers can rejoice! Michel Sarran, famous starred chef, joins forces with Burger King for an unprecedented collaboration in the world of fast food. From June 13 until July 31, French restaurants in Burger King will propose three new burgers, Chef Masters, created by Michel Sarran itself.
A bold alliance between starred gastronomy and Burger King
These new creations will be available alongside the gourmet range already proposed by Burger King. While respecting the traditional taste of flame grilled steak, these burgers concocted by the star chef will bring a touch of sophistication to the culinary experience. The three recipes revealed are Master Sarran Mozzarella, Master Sarran Goat Cheese and Master Sarran Chicken. Among the chosen ingredients, we will find Fior di Latte Mozzarella, fondant goat cheese, fresh tomatoes, fried onions, as well as a duo of sauces: one with black olives, thyme and dried tomatoes, and the another with basil and parmesan. Customers will also have the choice between a 150 gram French beef patty or crispy chicken.
Chef's Masters: Three new burger recipes from Michel Sarran
This is a first in the world of fast food, and Burger King welcomes this exceptional collaboration. For Michel Sarran, this foray into fast food is not new. Indeed, in 2020, it launched a brand dedicated to gourmet sandwiches called the Croq'Michel. After opening two restaurants in Toulouse and Paris, he recently announced the opening of a third franchise in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Michel Sarran is not the only French chef interested in street food. Many star chefs have launched their own concept in this area. Thierry marx, a two-star chef and recently appointed head of Umih, the main hotel and catering union, has been offering his French-Japanese sandwiches on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, in Paris. In 2022, it was the chef's turn Yannick Alleno to launch your brand Father son, a restaurant offering gourmet burgers in the capital. Anne-Sophie Pic, for her part, initiated the concept of a food truck offering traveling gourmet burgers.
