3 years agoI like Benoît and his trawl. Sail the ship! It's fresh, it's good. Very good. Sometimes 2 or 3 large pink shrimp after weighing or an oyster, to make “thirteen by the dozen”. Sometimes a bottle of white wine at the end of the year. But always the smile and the little word that makes you laugh, even when the work is hard, your hands in the ice and people crowding the sidewalk, even more so today when the restaurants are closed. Well done team!

one year agoVery disappointed this year with this fishmonger, missed orders for Christmas, and for New Year's Day Seafood platters planned with 1/2 crabs but replaced by an unfortunate clip without warning and without apology on their part, hello frankness sellers who also look down on you when you point out the replacement because supposedly they can modify the contents of the trays without warning the customer... the best thing is to hear you say that although there are cakes for sale we cannot put it in your platters because the crabs on sale are of superior quality... I therefore understand that the seafood platters are made up of BY-PRODUCTS OF MUCH LOWER QUALITY => advice, specify on your menu “seafood platters” with surprise contents that cannot be sold at retail!!! it will be more honest and for the bottle of wine it was with the previous owners because this year it is finished. For my part, I do not recommend this brand which has lost quality both in the fish and in the staff since the change of ownership. Moreover, there is no point in ordering in advance because for a collection scheduled for 10 a.m., well at 11 a.m. nothing ready because the staff discovers the order on paper. Help the organization!!!

9 months agoAlready made dishes are often only with twisted pasta. It feels like we're in the canteen. It has lost its splendor but the fish is good.
