The Madame restaurant, recently renovated chic and vintage, has moved to Place de la Boucherie on Place Saint-Marc in Rouen opposite the shopping center. The welcome is warm and the terrace allows you to enjoy the last rays of the summer sun. On the menu, you can taste traditional dishes, including mature meats cooked in a charcoal oven, as well as finer dishes.
The Rouen Bouge opinion on the Madame brasserie
With its fine flavors and quality products, Madame has conquered the taste buds of Rouen Bouge.
Its quality/price ratio is a real plus. Finally, its bohemian decoration and its cozy/chic setting add to the charm of the establishment and will only make you want to… return.

less than a week agoWhile passing through Rouen we ate lunch in this excellent restaurant. The daily special at €15 was excellent with a succulent apple puff pastry. On the menu, I had a sea bass fillet with a delicious risotto. This restaurant is a treat and I highly recommend it. In addition, the staff is pleasant and the place too.

3 weeks agoA cuisine which remains very classic but good, a very friendly and efficient service and a welcome possible for people with reduced mobility. A very reasonable price: 160 euros for 5 with aperitif (no wine)

2 months agoReally friendly restaurant setting, arriving late but still welcomed with a smile, really affordable price given the quality of the cuisine, a real delight. A negative point though are the errors in ordering rosé to bring instead of red but swapping when we told him and during dessert also we end up with a French toast brioche but really good all the same

2 months agoAfter a busy day in the center of Rouen, we wanted to have a little romantic restaurant. Our choice is for this restaurant which is really of quality in terms of the dishes as well as the service, the welcome and the decoration. I gave 5 stars because it was well worth it, on the other hand I gave 4 stars for the cuisine not that it wasn't good on the contrary it was delicious, But disappointed after having hesitated for a long time between the raspberry mille-feuille and the lost brioche. I chose the mille-feuille and was disappointed to see that the puff pastry was not homemade but sous vide, however the creaminess and raspberries were excellent. Really a shame, especially when I saw the slices of French toast passing by. They were so tempting. But when it’s just that. That won't stop me from coming back with great pleasure because I ate the best hamburger. The meat melted in your mouth. I highly recommend this restaurant. He is very agreeable.

3 months agoSuper pretty setting, very calm subdued atmosphere. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient, frankly nothing to complain about! And the menu prices are, in my opinion, very reasonable.
