Well I'm not a fan, the dough when it is worked too much it becomes like rubber, that was the case for our pizzas, no particular flavors and too heavy the samurai sauce, kills the taste of all the other ingredients and that's it. It's a shame, so the shock is that the Hawaiian pizza, even if it's simple, is excellent, but here a Hawaiian pizza with very bland chicken, no taste. Italian pizza 🥰 hats the mixture of flavors! It was good, except for the elastic and overly toasted dough.

Too bad, the restaurant really tempts you. But the completely burnt pizza underneath (I see that several comments agree with me) and the uncooked ingredients on top… I'm not sure we will repeat the experience

Very good Mozza di Bufala :: creamy and soft 🥹 on the Pizza Di Bufala. The only downside not the least for me: the dessert. Really disappointed, not homemade (it wasn't written on the menu eh... so no false advertising.) but classic tiramisu which had the taste and texture of a Liège one! At the same time, nice team and pleasant place (opposite the restaurant itself) to chat (not too noisy)

What can I say, it’s Chez Lolo & Zaza! Always a perfect experience. Firstly, everything is homemade, even the desserts, all with fresh, quality ingredients. And above all with love! Second, the taste is there. Incredibly good, well cooked over a wood fire, the pizzas are really good, surely the best in all of Rouen (and 100% artisanal, I remind you) There is a choice for a more than reasonable price (I will come back to that). Concerning the price and the quality/price ratio: It's simple: they are the cheapest and the best quality-price and quantity/price ratio that you could find in Rouen, and perhaps even in most cities! Only 1 size of pizza (30-32 cm, so already large), and overall only 3 prices. In September 2022, we were at €7,90 per pizza, or €8,90 and €9,90 depending on the "category" of the pizza (classic, gourmet, etc.) And I can tell you that those at 7,90 € are extremely well stocked!!! It's much more than other pizzerias at €15 per pizza. This is their philosophy, after having discussed it several times with the boss I can tell you: their goal is not to get rich, they want to offer quality, satisfactory, well-stocked products and that for the price as accessible as possible. They do what it takes to make a living, but also possible for us, the customers, to be satisfied. Which explains this quality for this exceptional price. Recently they were forced to increase (end of 2022) the prices by 1€ (so we go to 8,90€ / 9,90€ / 10,90€), otherwise they could no longer get by with the inflation etc. I understand them perfectly and even with this increase they are still very inexpensive. Best quality/quantity/price ratio I have ever seen for a 100% artisanal pizza with fresh ingredients, for a small family business. Finally, in terms of the atmosphere, as said, it's a family affair, and you can feel it: the owners are incredibly friendly, we talk a lot with them, they really are sweethearts. We almost want to come often just to see them (that's my case anyway). I want them to be friends, or my uncle and my aunt! All this is felt in their menu, their dishes, the atmosphere, and this gives an overall experience which deserves for me a 5*, a 10/10 without hesitation. Likewise, you are served very very quickly most of the time! It is very pleasant ! If you like good pizzas, quality, fresh and homemade, the warm human side, and above all also "cheap".... This is really the address for you! I recommend 2000% in complete objectivity, really.
