The Auzou Chocolatier establishment:
Eager to share their passion for chocolate with as many people as possible, Jean-Marie Auzou and Patricia AUZOU opened their first chocolate factory in 1970. It was in Rouen, a city rich in history that Auzou settled and created the famous “Tears of Joan of Arc” relayed by the tourist office and numerous guides. Since then, he has continued to pay tribute to Rouen and offer you the best of chocolate.

2 months agoToo many choices, it's difficult not to take everything, everything tempts you but we remained reasonable and took 2 successes (praline and coffee). They were excellent, whether it was the meringue or the ganache, we enjoyed ourselves!

11 months agoVery good address if you are looking for a quality dessert for a fair price! The Yuzu tart was a real delight, a magnificent taste with a combination of lemon-sugar-cream.. The raspberry success was also beyond my expectations.. very very delicious. I highly recommend!

10 months agoAberrant experience this late afternoon. The blind that lowers before my eyes a quarter of an hour before closing (19:00 p.m.). You are located on the most touristy street in Rouen; set a good example! In the future, please respect the times posted on the door. A word to the wise.

2 months agoVery disappointed, our friends from the south came to Rouen and offered us a box of macarons (! yellow box) macaroons of very very poor quality, dry, dry, certainly made for ages and sold at a high price, to be avoided, not ready to come back even the industrialists are doing better

4 months agoBut what is happening in your store, the quality is no longer what it used to be, candied chestnuts: a disaster! Chocolates in clear decline in quality, if you emphasize profit instead of quality, well you have lost us! It's over !
